• ¿What is the “Plug n’ Route”?

The Xibelis Lyric equipment comes ready to be installed in your central PBX and immediately starts to route calls since it automatically detects the country in which it is operating and downloads the data bases of associated prefixes. In addition, it configures the dialing rules from landlines to mobiles of the country and implements the input and output polarity reversal signaling mechanisms so that your PBX can meter.

• How can I configure my Xibelis Lyric LCR?


  1. The configuration interface of the Xibelis Lyric LCR is the web. You must have access to your equipment’s IP address and authenticate it.

  1. •How can I know how much I saved?


  1. The savings is featured in the Cost Management application, as minutes on-net traffic by the equipment. There, corresponding information and graphs are shown that allow you to determine how much you saved.

  1. •Can I use SIM cards from any company?


  1. Yes. From any company.

  1. •How can I prevent the criminal use of my SIM cards?


  1. The Xibelis Lyric LCR has a random automatic PIN assignation mechanism. This code is available over the configuration interface, where only one duly authenticated user can accredit it. That is why is practically impossible for a non-authorized person to use your SIM cards for incorrect use.

ROUTING AND DIALING

  1. •Is it possible to route calls?


  1. Yes. The main feature of this equipment is call routing.

• How does the equipment route?


  1. The equipment algorithm is based on on-net/off-net routing, based on a dialed number prefix. The equipment interrupts the sequence of digits dialed by the user and compares the sequence prefix with a prefix data base that determines the destination network and the SIM card by which the call must be made.

• Can I deactivate the routing?


  1. Yes. By deactivating the routing, the equipment operates like an X3, that is to say, the calls that enter through an FXS channel are always exclusively routed by one same GSM channel.

• Can I program my own routing rules?


  1. Yes. Some companies have special plans that require specific routing that does not coincide with the routing data base. In such case, it is possible to program special rules that give priority to the prefix data base rules.

• I have a plan with expensive off-net minutes. Can I avoid routing calls once my share has been used up?


  1. Yes. This is a feature programmed for each SIM card.

  1. •Can I program my own dialing rules?


  1. Yes. Some mobile operating companies offer fast dialing mechanisms to mobiles that are part of the same plan. With Xibelis Lyric LCR, you can program special dialing rules to modify the dialing sequence and adapt them to your dialing necessities.

  1. In your Xibelis Lyric package, there is a Quick Start Guide and a card with the activation code. Follow the Quick start instructions and activate your equipment in three simple steps.

  1. •If I am out of Chile, how do I program the dialing rules for my country?


The Xibelis Lyric LCR automatically identifies the country that corresponds with the SIM cards entered by the user. If there is an internet connection available, the equipment connects to the YX Wireless platform and downloads the country’s on-net/off-net prefixes, as well as the market rules.
