The Lyric VoIP has a record of the last call made by each annex and identifies the annex called business contact.

The in-bound traffic can route incoming calls to any IP PBX Annex. With thisis possible to improve the capture rate of business contacts.
Additionally it allows to generate inbound traffic on the SimCards, which implies a significant improvement in the business model of GSM gateways for mobile operators.
The call is delivered to the IP PBX indicating to which anex should be sent to the incoming call.
