What is it?
The cost reduction in mobile telephone calls takes calls made from a fixed line (land line) to a mobile telephone and converts them into a mobile to mobile call through a telephone center (PBX or telephone exchange). This allows the caller to take advantage of the savings of a mobile to mobile call.
How is this savings achived?
