  1. •Is it possible for the system to operate without a receiving unit?


  1. Depending on the Sight System application required, it may need to have a Standpoint unit. The Alarm communication application requires at least one Standpoint unit; however, the Event Viewer and Access Control do not require a Standpoint of any kind to work. 

  1. •What applications can I enable on my devices?


  1. Sight System offers four applications: Alarm communication, Even Viewer, Access Control and Input / Output Control. All user accounts come with Access Control and Input / Output control enabled. If you have Standpoint units activated, “Alarm Communication” will be activated automatically. The “Even Viewer” and “Access Control” are activated from the platform.  

• How much do these services cost?


  1. The Alarm Communication and Access Control applications are free of charge for the customer. There are only the operating costs of the SIM cards that must be installed in each unit. Ask us about plans and agreements with mobile operators.

• How can I configure my family of Sight System equipment?


  1. Each device comes with an activation key that must be entered into the Sight System platform. Once the equipment is correctly activated and connected to the alarm, it is not necessary to configure any feature on your equipment. However, any special modification that you require can be made from the same web interface of the platform.
