• Can a SIM CARD from any company be installed?
Yes, as long as it has an activated plan (pre-pay or contract).
• Why am I getting a busy signal?
Verify that the SIM card has been activated. Make sure that the SIM card is working properly by trying it in a cellular phone. Enter your PIN or PUK if necessary.
• My device cuts in and out and sometimes restarts itself. What is causing this?
Check the antenna signal strength. Go to a location where the device gets a better reception signal. If the problem persists, ask your sales representative for a more sensitive antenna.
• If I want to obtain a higher quality signal, what kind of accessory or antenna should I buy?
You can verify the best signal available with menu 56 of the DTMF programming.
If you require a higher signal, ask your sales representative for a more sensitive antenna.
•The device is forwarding calls and I have already returned controls to the default
settings. What should I do now?
Call forwarding is performed by the network and must be deactivated by dialing **2.
• My device is not registering calls. What is causing this?
Check to make sure the antenna is positioned properly and in good condition. If the problem persists, restart the device and return the controls to the default settings by dialing #*# <password> 08
